Rumor has it Ti only became captain of the city guard because she wanted the huge sword that came with the position; rumors aside though, she's an exceptional captain. Often in high spirits, she loves stupid jokes.

Dull is her brother, though they have no idea; on more than a few occasions she's had to oversee his detention, honestly the two get along swimmingly; they would never know their family, but they share a mutual joy for simple humor.
